FAULTY / DEFECTIVE On items claimed to have a factory defect, customers shall report this within 3 days from the date of the purchase The issue must be emailed to support@gamers-stop.com or whatsapp +96176760108 We will return or exchange your item sameday if in beirut, if outside beirut it will take 2-3 days. Please note that the item must be in its original delivery condition complete with the packaging which includes manual, accessories, and other inclusions in pristine physical condition.
