UNWANTED ITEMS / GENERAL REFUND If you have changed your mind about an item you have purchased through Gamers-stop.com we are happy to offer a refund within 3 days of purchase. Unwanted items must be in the condition they were when they arrived, including any plastic wrapping which should still be intact. You are welcome to inspect the items you have order as you would in our shop but If items have been opened or used we will not be able to accept a return. Package up your item and return it back to our address Or we can send our delivery company to pick the item (delivery fee will be added) Once we receive your item we will process a refund as soon as possible. Returns will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase the item. Delivery costs will not be refunded for unwanted orders.
FAULTY / DEFECTIVE On items claimed to have a factory defect, customers shall report this within 3 days from the date of the purchase The issue must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or whatsapp +96176760108 We will return or exchange your item sameday if in beirut, if outside beirut it will take 2-3 days. Please note that the item must be in its original delivery condition complete with the packaging which includes manual, accessories, and other inclusions in pristine physical condition.
NOT WHAT I ORDERED If the item that has arrived is not the item you have ordered we will accept a return and/or an exchange. Please ensure the product you have received has not been opened or any plastic wrapping has not been damaged, if the item has been opened we will be unable to offer a refund or an exchange. As this is no fault of your own we will refund the cost of the delivery fee.
